What is your return policy for home accessories?
We offer a 30-day return window for most home accessories, provided they are in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that bespoke or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
How can I track my furniture order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our courier's portal. For white-glove furniture deliveries, our team will call you directly to schedule a specific time slot.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All Foy & Co Interiors furniture pieces come with a standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty covering structural defects. Many of our premium sofas also include an extended 5-year frame guarantee.
